About the Role
You close. SDRs hand you qualified meetings; you run the demo, build the case, handle objections, and bring the deal home. This is a pure closing seat with uncapped commission and a real product behind it.
We're building the closing motion from scratch, so you're not stepping into someone else's machine — you're helping build it. The top closer in our first cohort is the natural first sales lead as we grow.
What You'll Do
- Run discovery calls and tailored demos for qualified prospects
- Build proposals and guide deals from first meeting to signature
- Handle objections and negotiate scope with prospective clients
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Share what's working so the whole team closes more
Requirements
- 2+ years in a closing sales role with a quota you owned
- Consultative selling skills and comfort running live demos
- Confident handling pricing, objections, and negotiation
- Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote setting
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience closing software, SaaS, or agency services
- History of building a territory or motion from early stage
- Familiarity with CRM pipeline management
