What AI we use
We build on Anthropic Claude for text and conversation capabilities. Anthropic holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 (AI management systems) certifications.
What data goes into AI processing
Only the prompts and context necessary to generate responses. We do not send entire databases or customer lists. Data sent via the API is not used to train models, and zero data retention is available for sensitive workloads.
What AI does not do
