About the Role
This is a hunter-farmer role for someone who likes to both win new business and keep it. You'll develop relationships with prospects the SDR team surfaces, close a portion of your own pipeline, and then own those accounts — growing them over time.
As one of our first dedicated revenue hires, you'll have real influence over how we sell, how we onboard, and how we keep clients happy. Perform, and you'll have a seat at the table as the org scales.
What You'll Do
- Develop and close new business with small and mid-market clients
- Own a book of accounts — onboarding, check-ins, renewals, and upsells
- Partner with the delivery team so what we sell is what we ship
- Build repeatable processes for outreach, follow-up, and account growth
- Represent Aeopic with professionalism in every client conversation
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development
- A track record of hitting or beating quota
- Excellent relationship-building and written communication skills
- Organized and self-directed in a remote environment
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling software, agency, or professional services
- Comfort with CRMs and basic sales reporting
- Background working with B2B or local-business clients
