Client Success Manager
$60,000 – $80,000/year+ retention & expansion bonuses

About the Role
Once a client signs, you make sure they stay — and grow. As our first dedicated Client Success Manager, you'll own onboarding, ongoing relationships, renewals, and expansion across our client base.
You're the bridge between sales and delivery: the person who makes sure what was promised gets delivered, problems get solved before they become churn, and happy clients become referrals. You'll define what client success looks like at Aeopic.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new clients and set them up for a strong first 90 days
- Run regular check-ins and turn relationships into renewals
- Spot expansion opportunities and hand warm upsells to sales
- Be the client's advocate internally with the delivery team
- Build the playbooks, health metrics, and cadences from scratch
Requirements
- 2+ years in client success, account management, or support
- Genuinely strong relationship and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable owning retention and expansion targets
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software, agency, or professional services
- Familiarity with CRMs and client-health tracking
- Background bridging sales and delivery teams
